windows picture and fax viewer

I just installed a photo editor, Adobe Photo Elements,
and now when I try to view my photos, it automatically
goes into this photo editor. My question is: How can I
disable the photo editor so that I can automatically go
into the Windows picture and fax viewer and only use the
photo editor when I click on the icon?

Try this...right click an image file and
from the menu, go to......Open With /
Choose Program / Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer...be sure to check the
box..."Always use the selected program
to open this kind of file".

Right click on the picture you want to open.
Select "open with" from the drop down menu. Select the
program you want to open with, in this case, Windows
Picture Viewer. Check the box next to the
statement "Always open this type of file with this
