windows picture and fax viewer image default

I have recently installed Photoshop 7 on my computer,
running Windows XP. I have lost the very handy default,
when opening an image, of having "windows fax and picture
viewer" launch, which made me able to move quickly
through my images, sorting and deleting. Now, when I
click on an image, photoshop 7 launches (powerful, but
slow and tedious). Is there any way around this?

Try this...right click an image file and
from the menu, go to......Open With /
Choose Program / Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer...be sure to check the
box..."Always use the selected program
to open this kind of file".
