It's difficult to understand the last part of your message. Is WEI (Windows
Experience Index) showing a score?

The WEI runs automatically when you install/reinstall Vista. The only other
time it may run is if you make a hardware change. It's not a utility that
you can run over and over again.

well when you install vista you have to tell it to run the WEI dont you so i
did that and no score came up at all so i then turned my pc off and took a
stick of RAM out so it noticed a hardware change and i ran it again still
nothing so turned the pc off again put the RAM back in and run it again and
it gave me a score finaly but it was way too low so i decided to change my
RAM about to see if that would make any differance at all and it hsnt it just
keeps sayin new hardware please refresh your score and even when i do it it
wont update it and it says at the bottom the last date i dont the scre and
actualy got it to work but not properly its a bit hard to explain and is
rather weird!!!

my specs are:
windows vista ultimate
AMD athlon XP 3200+ running at 2.3 GHZ
1 GB of ram pc3200
geforce fx 5900
and an MSI KT6 delta motherboard

if thats any help if you need any more specific info then just ask thanks
for trying to help so far though!!!

Check the following articles for more information.

Windows Experience Index - Performance Information and Tools page is
completely blank:
http://www.winhelponline.com/articles/152/1/

The Windows Experience Index rating may display an incorrect value when you
start Windows Vista for the first time or if the Windows Experience Index
runs before you update a driver:
