Windows password

My bank updated their web site. Now I can't navigate
through it. I spoke with them and they said go to TOOLS
and INTERNET OPTIONS. Under content select DISABLE. I
can't do that because I need a SUPERVISOR PASSWORD. I have
never set a password. I tried to set one under my settings
page but I need a password to do that! Where do I get my
original password!?
