Since Spell Check is not a part of Outlook Express, you have to be
more specific.

Spell Checking does not work in OE:

OE 6 does not come with it's own spell check. You need an MS Office
program or you can download a free spell check at one of these sites.

.Go to Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 224176. It

outlines the procedure to solve the problem. In my case
the Csapi3t1.dll file was missing. My retailer was able to
send it to me and I unzipped it and put it in the Proof
folder. Soddy
