Windows on right of toolbar not left

When ever i open a new window, it always goes 2 the right of the toolbar
(whatever the stip on the bottom of the screen is called) instead of the
left. this never use to happen, and now it is...unwanted. how do i move it
back to the left??

Hi mister pickles
Try this , right click on task bar (not tool bar) left click on lock the
task bar , now move it to where you want it , then the click on lock the
task bar again to lock it.
