Windows NT4/2000 Secondary

I am trying to help a customer and I can't seem to get DNS to transfer
from one DNS server to another. This is a cross domain transfer.

So basically we have servera with bob.com and serverb with chuck.com

and we want seconday zones of chuck.com on servera and bob.com on
serverb.

ServerA is Win2k SP4 and ServerB is NT4.0 SP6

This isn't working and doesn't log any events just from the W2k DNS
MMC it reports a failure to transfer.

Any suggestions?

Are you allowing zone transfers from the primary to all IP addresses on the
secondary?
Describe how you have the zone transfers tab configured on the primary zone,
and is your secondary multi-homed.
