Windows.Net Server 2003 Terminal Services Problem

Will

Hi,

I have a Windows.Net 2003 Server set up with Terminal Services. It is
sitting behind a firewall but I forward all traffic from port 80 and
3389 to the server.

I can connect to the server OK over the Internet using several
different computers with Windows 2000 and XP.

But... I am trying to get someone in Italy to connect to the server.
They are using a Windows XP PC on their corporate network.

When they try to connect they get an error message saying:

VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected
The client could not connect to the remote computer. Remote
connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy to
accept new connections........

They have also got the error message:
VBScript: Remote Desktop Disconnected
An internal error has occurred.

Any ideas how to sort this? I have tried everything I can think of!!!

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Will

Is it possible this person in Italy is behind a firewall
themselves that is not allowing outbound traffic for this
purpose?
