Windows needs your permission to continue

When I start backup, I get this annoying window, "Windows needs your
permission to continue" and it usually hids behind the larger open window.
Is there a way to disable this?

You mean the User Access Control? Yes, this can be disabled. Googling
"disable UAC" will get you lots of hints on how to do this.
