when I try to take a still of a clip frm contents I get a
message
"A picture cannot be taken at his time. You cannot take a
picture if you are using Windows Movie Maker over a
terminal services connection, or if your display adapter
does not support hardware acceleration"
ANY HELP PLEASE
 
Ken,

If you run with your hardware acceleration less than full, see the Problem
Solving... Acceleration and Codecs page of www.papajohn.org

Your acceleration has to be temporarily tuned back to full to use the
snapshot feature.
