windows movie maker version 2.1 not on when i have sp2

hi thanks for trying to help..

i have a newish pc and install sp 2 and in need of windows movie maker 2.1
on microsoft it says it will install with sp2 but i still have the 1.5 version
please help me regards
 
no i installed server pack 2 it did not install there is no link just to
download it i have already viewed that page is not very helpful
