I've made my movie in windows movie maker, but it won't let me save the final
product. It says that "Windows Movie Maker cannot save the movie to the
specified location..."
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Thank You for your reply. I'm trying to save to a folder on my Hard Drive. To
help out a little, I don't think there's anything missing because there are
no X's in the timeline.

Can it save it anywhere? Can you save it in other formats?

And, how big would the result be, especially compared to the available RAM
on your system?

and you've seen this page?

No, it can't save anywhere. (When it shows the file path, I find it kind of
odd that it shows the full path to my Desktop, not just "Desktop.")
Also, it never lets me change the format.
The end result is about 30 megabytes, but I've also tried downsizing it to
20 MBs so I can upload it to a website. Does the ram really have anything to
do with saving my movie? Another thing is that I haven't even filled up half
of my HD space, which means that I have atleast 50GB left.
Last, I haven't seen that page, so I'll go check it out.

Yes, it does.

The KB article notes that if the movie is larger than the available RAM it
will not save.
