Windows Movie Maker 5.1 problems

I import a number of video files, edit them, add titles to some of the
scenes, and then I save the Project. Then when I go to convert the Project to
a movie (NTSC), two things happen:
1) The movie ends too soon. That is, the last 5-15 minutes are missing.
2) Many of the titles are shifted to the wrong scenes. This happens even
though the titles were correct in the Project.
Any suggestions?

There is no such version.

What Bob is seeing in WMM Help>About in line 2 is Windows XP version 5.1.

If he looks further down the dialog to line 4 he will see WMM is ver. 2.1.4026
