windows mobile 2003 second edition

I have an application I developed that utilizes sqlserverce. The device I
initially developed it for was running pocketpc 2003.

My setup (.MSI file) installs the compact
framework-sp1,sqlserverce,sqlclient and my application.

My new device is running windows mobile 2003 second edition. Now, when these
installations are run, it reports that this application might not display
correctly (not exact message but it's the gist of the message).
What do I need to do differently when (building mysetup, or writing my code
or building my setup) or whatever step in the process is causing this
message?

The application runs ok, but I don't like the user geting this message when
installing.

Basically, SE assumes that apps are not designed for multiple
resolutions/orientations unless told otherwise.
