I've got it unchecked in Outlook Express but it still shows up in Sys Tray
on Restart. How'd I get rid of it?

That did it, thanks. Do you know now how I can get the OE icon down to
Quick Launch with IE & Show Desktop icons?

Sure. Any application icon can be dragged to the QL toolbar.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Outlook Express and drag msimn.exe to
the QL toolbar.

Tried that but had to unlock Toolbar first. Then was able to.
