Windows Messenger Ports

I'm using IP filtering that comes with Windows 2000 Server RRAS and I've
allowed ports that work with MSN Messenger 6 to work but can't seem to get
Windows Messenger 5 on a XP Pro system to work. I'm having problems logging
on.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you allow ports 1863 and 443 TCP, you should be able to sign-in on both clients.
