Windows messenger and msn messenger

i use windows messenger, as i have xp but i want t talk
to people who use msn. is this possible, and if so how?

I am assuming you mean MSN Messenger not just MSN, You should be able to
talk, providing each has the proper equipment, such as a mic and such and
they work. No video at this point, unless they have MSN Messnger 6.0. Then
Perhaps!!!!
