every time i try to copy a cd to my computer with the
media player it sends me a message saying that it has
encountered a problem and has to close. i always get this
message. whats up?

Does running:
regsvr32 wmadmoe.dll
help?
Under WMP's Tools:Options:Copy Music, what format are you copying to?
Under the Properties for your CD drive in WMP's Tools:Options:Devices, are
you using analog or digital copying?
