windows media player video + power point

Hi,

I have a .wmv video file, I could insert and play in Power point.

I also tried inserting Windows Media Player as an object in the power point
to play that file so that I can use the control button in Windows Media
Player to fastforward, play, pause, etc. How do I link the files and Windows
Media Player in Power Point.

What I really want is to have Windows Media Player playing the file while
the power point is running.

So that I can fast forward, play, pause using the Windows Media Player
control button.

Is this possible?

You can drag and drop the video on the slide, this will force an instance of
the Windows Media Player.
