When I initially open Media Player, I get a DLL
C\:Windows\System32\msdmo.dll is not a valid windows
image. Additionally Media Player will not play music or
streaming audio. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.

Run a Search of the file: Start/Search/files and folders/msdmo.dll
rightclick it and send it to the Recycle Bin. Do not delete it from the
Recycle Bin. Run Media Player again and see if the problem persists or is solved.
If solved, you can delete it after a few days.

Please rename msdmo.dll to msdmo.bak and then reinstall WMP on top of
itself.
