Windows Media Player Network Sharing

Even though I have Set 'Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service
Configuration Application'
(wmpnscfg.exe) to 'Disabled' it still shows up in Task Manager|Processes.
Any way to keep this from running??

I found the setting in Media PLayer. I didn't know there
were settings in the 'Library' button?? What other wonderful
things are hidden form the user?
