Windows Media Player 9 Problems with internet connection

Dear...
is there anyone who can help to configure my internet
connection with win.media player
I'm not able to put check marks for updating my media
information in tools,options,media library
If anyone has a solution plz reply at

Also struggling to set up with cable interent. I can see
the guide but none of my album art is available. I
get "Error contacting service"
Any updates let m,e know at (e-mail address removed)
