windows media player 11

ok the first time i downloaded this everything was fine then the next day it
said i had no music in my library and i tryed adding some and it wouldent
work also now if i try to change any settings it says "sorry windows media
player 11 has encountered a problem and needs to close" and i dont know how
to fix this.

Try reposting this message in the
microsoft.public.multimedia.windows.mediaplayer group. You might get
better results.
