windows media player 10

i dislike the functionality of media player 10. i plan on using the older
6.4 version. how do i unstall player 10?

You don't.
You can change the open with to the older player.

Uninstall and disable it

Start, Run and entering MPLAYER2.EXE run the classic.

You can uninstall WMP10 through Add & Remove, just enable the option at the
top of the dialog to "show updates".

Which will roll you back to WMP9.
