Windows Media Centre TV Tuning

Hello, I have a Toshiba 17 INCH WIDE SCREEN laptop. Its
built in with TV Tuner card and Windows Media Centre
Installe. The problem is I am not able to find a menu
which will Tune TV or even Inpute Video signals. I am not
able to configure it. Can anyone please help me to
configure TV in the software. I want to tune it.

RTFM or ask Toshiba (they must have a support web site?).
