Windows ME

When i turn the computer on everything loads until i get
to a blue screen (right before windows loads) and i can
move the mouse cursour around and CTR+ALT+DEL (even
though nothing is running in the task manager) but
nothing comes up... any suggestions?

I scratch my head and think: "why would someone post a question named
"Windows ME" in a ng named "microsoft.....XP..."... I don't like being
unkind but here goes: You are an either very dumb or even lower "a troll",
I opt for the "very dumb".
