When I attempt to send I get an ERROR MESSAGE.
:I'm sorry to have to tell you that your message was not delivered.
For further assistance end mail to (postmaster). This is the Postfix program
at host fep%.cogeco.net:
Any ideas to cure this??

That is a bounce or non-delivery notice from the mail server.
If you need to know the exact reason why delivery failed, it should say.
If you need more help with that, post the complete non-delivery message.

It says,

or more recipients.

It doesn't matter to whom I email, I get the same message.

You should not get that same non-delivery notice regardless of the
intended recipient.

It appears to me that the intended recipient domain, arvinmeritor.com,
subscribes to the anti-spam mail service Postini (64.18.6.14), which
for some strange reason classified your email as unwanted spam.

The only workaround I can suggest is to try sending to that recipient
from your webmail portal ( http://webmail.cogeco.ca ).
