Windows mail

The version is Windows Vista SP1. When windows mail is opened most of time
it goes right into a blue screen, not showing the inbox, sent mail, etc.
information. How do I remove the blue screen so it opens right into the
window with all the messages?

Disable any antivirus software and see if it works. Many antivirus programs
are incompatible with WinMail. See point 3 here:
