You need to go to whoever your email goes through to find out what to put
in those field.
For instance if it was AT&T (Bellsouth) it would be mail.bellsouth.net for
both fields.

You get that information from your email provider.
Do you have an existing email address? If so, tell us the part after
the @ symbol.
If you don't have an existing email address, the company that you pay
for your Internet connection will be glad to provide you with one.
Who provides your Internet connection?

my provider is msn.com

Windows Mail can't handle most MSN and Hotmail accounts.

Upgrade to Windows Live Mail (WLM), which is able to handle your
MSN account. When you give WLM your MSN.com email address, it
will automatically configure the correct server information:

i downloaded Windows Live and i get sent to hotmail. How do i find the
Windows live home page?

"Windows Live" is the group name for a whole suite of programs.
You must select only Windows Live Mail from the list of available programs.
Go to http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview and click on "Get it free".
This downloads the installer. Run the installer, which may offer several
additional programs. Decline those and only install the Windows Live
Mail email program.

i usually use msn but windows live doesn't support it. i also have a g amil
account. i put in (e-mail address removed) for the both of them but that doesn't work
either.

The reason i want to use Windows mail is so I can use my stationary from
Cloudeight in my e mails. Man and Windows live has no options for stationary
but Windows mail does. I have tried putting my msn.com after POP3 and SMTP
but the message comes up they can't find that sender. So i am still at a loss
on what to enter.

Windows Mail does not accommodate MSN accounts unless
you have the type of paid account that has POP access.

Windows Live Mail (WLM) does have the stationery feature, but I don't know
if it is compatible with Cloudeight stationery. You should ask that question
in the WLM newsgroup:
