I'm not sure Windows Mail has this capability. However, you can do
something
similar by finding the message in the Sent Items folder, clicking on it, and
forwarding it to the same person you sent it to originally.
Save the message to the Desktop and then open it in Notepad and add this
line:
X-Unsent: 1
Then save it and click on it to open it in WinMail and you can then click on
Send.
