windows mail

I sent windows mail and shortcut to the recycle bin yesterday but when i
went to send photo's it came up through windows mail and it wouldn't send.
Should I have deleted through tools accounts etc.. first before trying to
delete the whole program? I was just going to stick with Yahoo since it's
set up and working. Thought it would be easier to delete WM than to try to
set it up.

Windows Mail is a part of Vista and very hard to delete without doing
the same to the rest of Vista. However, you can keep it from being able
to do much if you remove all the accounts under it. Deleting shortcuts
to it is OK, though. You may have to wait for someone else to tell you
how to make the Yahoo connection take over all the email functions,
though.

Don't try to delete Windows Mail.
You need to configure Yahoo webmail to be your default email
service. Follow these directions:
