The question is not so much how to access your Windows Mail program
from a remote location. More likely you want access to the mail that would
normally be downloaded by your Windows Mail program. You have to
use a web browser to connect to the server that Windows Mail gets your
mail from. Your mail provider probably has some sort of webmail access for
that purpose. If they don't, you can use the free facility at http://mail2web.com.
