Not sure what you mean? If you don't want it minimized, then don't minimize
it.
If you open other windows on top of Windows Mail, this does not minimize
Windows Mail, it is just under the new windows that you opened. You can
bring it to the front of the other windows by clicking the button in the
Taskbar.
