Windows Mail won't finish current message

I have a problem with windows mail not finishing downloading its current
message. I have tried removing and reinstalling the email settings.
Everytime it comes back up it still says finishing current message.

This often means that you need to shut down Windows Mail, then
log into your email account using webmail instead, and delete that
message.
