Windows Mail - what the hell?

I'm running into myriad of Vista bugs (UAC won't let me enter admin
credentials, f-lock keyboards can't launch safe mode, etc.) but I'm having
to constantly resend my issue posts. Why? Because Windows Mail is buggy as
HELL! Seriously, it has some issue with MS Communities where it will launch
and endless cycle of windows saying that it had a trouble displaying the
Live sign-in dialog. Close it, another opens, repeat ad nauseum. It has
gotten to the point where every window on my screen starts flickering due to
the non-stop machine gun of dialog sounds.
How could a billion dollar company make Outlook Express even worse?

Maybe I'm being harsh, but I've been locked out of my own machine as an
admin (and I've got a web app that requires admin rights to debug) to the
point where MS support can't even help, and I go to post the issues to the
MS Communities, and the damn app that handles it is too buggy to use! Screw
security; I want stability!

Just use the regular newsgroup interface. The Communities
feature is very buggy. To turn it off in Windows Mail:
Tools, Options, uncheck "Use newsgroup message rating features."
