Windows Mail tool bar

Some how the way my tool bar appears when I open up WM changed. It is smaller
now and does not go across the screen like it used to. I liked it better when
it covered more of the screen as it was easier to read. Can you tell me how
to change it back to the way it was. I guess it is called tool bar it shows
stuff like new message, delete, contacts, forward, reply, etc. Can you help
me?

If you right click the tool bar where there is not an icon and choose
"Customise" then all the options you need are there.
