Windows Mail RULES have disappeared!

Hi - new here. Went into my Windows Mail this p.m. and have found all my
mail went straight to my inbox. Looked in my rules folder and they have
disappeared!
What the hey?!
Any help as to where I can find them would be great.
Don't really want to hear that I have to recreate over 100+ of them.

In addition, I switched users to my Guest account, opened it's WM (no email
set up in Guest WM) opened the rules and all my rules are over there with red
x's on them (nowhere to put them, obviously).
Now what & how do I get them back into MY WM account?
