Windows mail paste special

Hi, I have problem when I try to copy from one mail (which I have recived) to
another (composing one). My pasted text get different format. So is there a
way to paste special or to set default paste as unformated text?

No other options available, WYSIWYG.

The work around is to go to the format menu of the new message and switch
between rich text and plain text, and then change it back again.
