I need some help finding out how to delete files that are saved on my hard
drive.
When I open a Newsgroup thru Windows Mail, that Newsgroup is saved on my
hard drive.

I did a search in windows for a program and up popped every file that was on
the last newsgroup that i visited. I did a properties and it showed me where
they were at, but when I went there they were not visible.

So my question is has anyone known that this is happening, if so how does
one delete these file, and stop this from happening

With this problem I will never be able to use Newsgroups in Windows Mail

Thanks for any help you might have.

Go to Tools, Options, Advanced, Maintenance.
Select "Purge newsgroup messages in the background",
and, "Delete read message bodies in newsgroups".

It may take a while before all the old newsgroup messages
are removed from the search cache.
