Windows mail in various folders

How do I get my addresses from Outlook and my other folders (set items,
deleted items) to also appear on my Windows Mail program I am running on my
lap top. Outlook is on a desktop and I want to be able to view all
information on both computers. Will I be able to do this and, if so, how do
I accomplish this? Thanks. K Kluever
 
You may be able to do this, but there are no fast and easy methods.

1. The easiest thing to do is install Outlook on your laptop, then keep it
in sync with the desktop:

2. Transferring Outlook messages and addresses to another application
requires that Outlook be present on the machine doing the transfer. In this
case, the next simplest method is to transfer everything from Outlook to
Outlook Express on the desktop, then import this data into Windows Mail:

3. If you have an IMAP mail account, you can use it to transfer messages:
