windows mail autocomplete addresses is USELESS

My understanding from reading through groups tonight is that Microsoft has
made it so that Windows Mail autocomplete will only remember 29 names and
after that it starts lopping them off the end. Is that true??
Is there some workaround?

Surely to god Microsoft didn't actually design this on purpose.... !!!!!!
