Windows login through PIX FW

What ports should be open to able to login to a Windows
AD which is in the inside network when the client from
accessing from DMZ.

You need to give us a little more info. Are you talking
about a Remote Desktop Connection?? If so port 3389 will
allow connection. Your server has to also be set up to
receive RDP connections (term-serv). As for the PIX you
would have to make one conduit entry for 3389
