Windows login kicks back out to Ctrl+Alt_Del Screen

A user called me this morning: Her machine was off after the weekend
thought she left it on on Friday. She logs in and it loads "Personal
Settings" then reboots the machine.. local admin account does the same
thing. I can log in to Safe Mode and Safe Mode w/networking. Tried
Last Known Good Config. Any ideas?

My manager ran into the same symptoms. Last week he installed Tenebril
SpyCatcher Lite. Microsoft pushed out the malicious removal tool. That was
when it started to log-in and log-out. It too would only allow log-on to safe
mode. When the SpyCatcher was removed everything was fine.
