Windows log on and off

Does anybody know how to uninstall client Service for NetWare? It will not
let me change my log in/log out settings until i uninstall client services
for netware. I cannot find netware on my computer so i cannot find a way to
uninstall it. Any help on how to uninstall this and help me get change my log
in/log out options would be greatly appreciated.
