Windows Live Toolbar

I'm trying to uninstall the Windows Live Toolbar as there seems to be a bug
in the update software - it's updated the Toolbar countless number of times.
However, when I try to uninstall it using the Add/Remove Programmes tool it
says it can't find the file WLToolbar.msi. I've searched everywhere for it
but can't find it. Any suggestions?
