Windows Live Messenger Error (0xc0000034)

I downloaded Windows Live Messenger with no problem, but though.. when I am
going to start the program an error window pops up and says:
Could not initialize the program correct (0xc0000034). Click OK to quit the
program.
What should I do?

Did you manage to find a fix ? I am experiencing the same thing, but on a
variety of programs.

It looks like it has something to do with SQL or a setting of a negtive
integer with something to do on the programming side. Possibly another
program that is stopping it ?

Mine has happened so far with Messenger LIVE and Windows Player 10 and 11.
