Windows live contacts imported to windows mail

Could anyone tell me how to import the contacts that I have in windows live
mail into plain windows mail. Thx guy
 
Thanks much man - but I am trying to go the other way. Wlive mail to Wmail
and I see no options. I have looked and looked and does seem so. That's way I
was asking. Thx for the try though - appreciate the effort

So there's NO options at all to export Windows Live Mail contacts to
anything?

Just loaded up Windows Live Mail - there is an option to export Contacts to
a CSV file.
Windows Mail will import a CSV file....
