windows live care

I tried to get the new windows live care and it said I have to have build
5500 or higher I'm only a 5384 how do I get higher?? Dirty
 
Upgrade to a newer version of Vista (newly released or at least RC1, which
is build 5600).
 
Or wait two and a bit days and buy the final version of windows vista.
