Windows License (repeat)

Help request,
This post will be familiar with some post earlier but this one is more
detailed.

Concerns the product key.

I installed now for the 3th time Windows XP and when i want to activate for
the 3th time and now the 3th time i get a problem.
He won't accept the product key he keeps saying its an false product key.

Althourgh strange is he accepts the key when i need to upgrade windows XP
Only when i want to activate Windows XP he denies the Product key?

Anyone knows the problem please tell.
Reason for reinstall was a virus and a clean up that it neseccary after some
time,
Maybe bios or something got hit to.

Details my computer and install history Windows XP:
Dell Computer * 2,5 year old * Windows XP home edition
2x i reinstalled Windows XP * 2x no problems with product key
It is legal version * sticker with product key Is attached to my computer *
and i got all disks for the installation i had with the order of the dell
computer *
So the Disks are legal *

Hi,

There were changes made to the OEM licensing in the past year or so, and all
of their activations need to be done by phone instead of being done over the
'net. All you need to do is use the phone option for your legitimate license
activation.
