windows keeps rebooting

I have XP was on safemode and by mistake I shut down my pc and now all it
does is reboot how can I get it back I've tired last know good setting but it
only goes back to restart in safe mode or start window normaly and it repeats
its self

Install xp cd,boot to xp cd,recovery,select 1 For C: Press enter for
password,
type:Fixboot Agree,type:CHKDSK C: /p Type:EXIT Let xp start.
